Accident de la route: Coupable d’homicide involontaire, il écope d’une amende de rs 75000
Un employé du ministère de l’Environnement a écopé, le mardi 27 décembre, d’une amende de Rs 75 000 en cour intermédiaire. Il a été jugé coupable d’homicide involontaire par imprudence, dans le cadre d’un accident de la route.

Examens avant l’internat: la demande d’injonction des aspirants médecins rejetée
Ils contestaient la tenue des Pre-Reg Exams prévus le samedi 26 novembre. 25 aspirants médecins ont ainsi fait une demande d’injonction. Leur requête a été rejetée par le juge Nicolas Ohsan-Bellepeau en Cour suprême, lundi 14 novembre.
