Vingt roupies plus cher le paquet de cigarette. Entre Re 1 et Rs 3 de plus la cannette de bière. Dès le lendemain de l’annonce, dans le Budget 2016-17, de la hausse des droits d’accises sur ces produits, certains commerçants et grandes surfaces affichaient déjà des prix majorés.
