Widow cannot lodge appeal

The widow of police sergeant Balakrishna Hamtohul cannot pursue the appeal of her deceased husband. This decision was taken in the Supreme Court by senior puisne judge Keshoe Parsad Matadeen and judge Saheed Bhaukaurally.
