Dr D.Y. Patil Medical College: À Qui la Faute?

Comment des médecins non enregistrés au conseil de l’ordre ont-ils pu exercer dans un des principaux hôpitaux du pays? La question est sur toutes les lèvres depuis que l’affaire du Dr D.Y. Patil Medical College a éclaté, à la suite des dénonciations de deux anciens étudiants. Ces derniers ont dévoilé qu’ils avaient pratiqué la médecine à l’hôpital Jawaharlal Nehru, à Rose-Belle, au cours de leurs études sans être reconnus en tant que médecins par le Medical Council.
