Nelson Mandela centre to preserve Afro-creole culture

With the objective to promote and preserve the African and Creole arts and culture the Nelson Mandela Centre for African Culture will be inaugurated on February 20 by the Prime Minister Dr Navin Ramgoolam at La Tour Koenig.
