CPE 2013: Examinations Will Be Held from 22 to 25 of October
Examinations for the Certificate of Primary Education (CPE), vintage 2013, will be held from 22 to 25 October. A glance at the calendar shows that the French and science are scheduled for 22, 23, English, history & geography and Asian languages and mathematics 24 Friday, October 25. It is now up to the Council of Ministers for endorsement.

Education: Professional HSC in 2014 on a Pilot Basis
HSC Professional (Pro HSC) will enter secondary education on a pilot basis in 2014. According to the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate (MES), students who opt for the HSC Pro will employable when they leave the college as the goal is to minimize "mismatch" between what is academic and the world of work.

The Mauritius Examination Syndicate (MES) announced Wednesday, February 6th the list of 500 candidates with the best examination results of the Higher School Certificate (HSC) 2012 vintage. It is from this list that will be selected 24 candidates will receive a scholarship.
