Court orders

Alessandro Scalcione, an Italian was prosecuting the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) and the Mauritius Commercial Bank Limited in the Supreme Court. The case was regarding damages that Scalcione suffered as a result of a transfer of 733,368.80 euros.
