Earthquake 5.0 Near Rodrigues Island – Mauritius

There was an Earthquake of magnitude 5.0 today 26 January 2011 near Rodrigues Island. The quake occurred at around 03.57 in the Mid-Indian Ridge. According to USGS, the quake occurred at about 425 KM East North East of Rodrigues Island and at about 1050 KM East of Mauritius.
