La motion de Navin Ramgoolam contestant la perquisition à son domicile a été entendue le mardi 26 janvier. L’ex-Premier ministre a déposé devant le Deputy Master and Registrar de la Cour suprême un document dans lequel il fournit des preuves de ce qu’il avance sur sir Anerood Jugnauth.
