Germanwings Crash Report Urges Changing Rules on Pilot Mental Health

Days before the one-year anniversary of the Germanwings Flight 9525 crash, the final investigation report reveals doctors suggested two weeks before the disaster that co-pilot Andreas Lubitz be treated in a psychiatric hospital, French investigators said Sunday. The report suggested changes in patient confidentiality rules that currently may prevent doctors from reporting pilots' health issues.
