Threats of Attack: the U.S. Embassy in Port-Louis Closed
As a security against terrorist threats from Al-Qaeda, the U.S. State Department announced on Monday the closure of its embassy in Port-Louis and until Saturday, August 10 . Indeed, Washington announced on Thursday that at least 25 of its diplomatic missions would be closed as a result of the interception of messages from al-Qaeda leaders.
