Upgrading 11 villages to towns – What do you think?

If you read yesterday's edition of l'express, you probably came across the article entitled " Onze villages transformés en villes : le projet relancé?". As mentioned, 11 villages might be upgraded to the status of "Town" soon if everything goes on smoothly on the administrative procedures.
