First Batch Of Experimental Wheat Crop Harvested

An experimental wheat cultivation project taking place on the island, initiated by the Mauritius Research Council in June under the aegis of the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Science, Research and Technology harvested its first 1000 square metre batch on Thursday at Verger Baudot in Poudre d’Or.
