C’est une mesure qui ne fait pas l’unanimité parmi les importateurs des véhicules japonais reconditionnés. Ces derniers sont désormais tenus d’émettre une « Auction Sheet » pour chaque véhicule importé. L’un d’eux, Farhad Bhye Ghoora, a initié une action en Cour suprême, vendredi 1er mars, pour demander l’annulation de cette mesure.
