Electronic Bracelets and Penalty Points for 2013

The introduction of electronic tagging and penalty points will be a reality in 2013. This was announced to the central barracks on Friday, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Mario Nobin which reviewed the "Annual Policing Plan" services for next year.
