Ponzi Scheme: Supreme Court Ordered the Return of Nine Cars
Justice ordered Wednesday, April 2 at the Asset Recovery Unit to return to leasing companies nine of the 65 cars seized in the investigation into Ponzi Schemes.

Accident de la Route: Richard Duval Risque Jusqu’à Six Mois de Prison
Trois chefs d’accusations pèsent sur lui. Il est reproché à Richard Duval, qui avait été impliqué dans un accident de la route en juillet dernier, d’avoir conduit «without due care and attention» et en état d’ébriété. Il est aussi poursuivi pour avoir refusé de se soumettre à un alcootest. Il risque jusqu’à six mois de prison.

Enquête sur la Mort de Charles Nizelin : Un Chauffeur Inculpé d’Homicide Involontaire
Huit jours après la mort tragique de Charles Nizelin, 32 ans, enseveli sous des tonnes de sucre, la police de Plaine-des-Papayes a procédé à l’arrestation de Yoganand S., 50 ans, vendredi. Le jour du drame, cet habitant de Fond-du-Sac avait ouvert la trappe refermant le sucre qui s’est déversé sur la victime. Il a été inculpé provisoirement d’homicide involontaire.

Bhimla Ramloll Not Allowed to Go to India for Treatment
The court rejected Rose Hill Monday, December 2nd the request of the director of the company Sunkai Co Ltd, Bhimla Ramloll.
