Accident : Sentence Maintenue En Appel
La chambre d’appel de la Cour suprême a maintenu l’amende de Rs 4 500 infligée à Khedarnath Bacha. Ce dernier avait heurté un cycliste à Forbach, alors qu’il était au volant d’une voiture. Le tribunal de Mapou l’avait trouvé coupable de « involuntary wounds and blows ». L’accident avait eu lieu vers 19 heures.

Accident Fatal: Amende à un Chauffeur de Bus
Il a provoqué le décès d’un adolescent. Rishi Kumarsingh Bancha, un chauffeur de bus, a été trouvé coupable d’homicide involontaire par la Cour intermédiaire. Il a été sommé de payer une amende de Rs 90 000. Son permis de conduire a été suspendu pour une durée de trois ans.
