Victime d’un Accident : « Le Policier m’a dit de Déclarer un Faux Accident »
Le policier a refusé de prendre sa déposition, il voulait rapporter un accident. Louis Jonathan Hosseny, un entrepreneur, âgé de 29 ans, s’est rendu au Complaints Investigation Bureau de la police (CIB) à Rose-Hill où il a porté plainte contre un constable. Il se rendra à l'Icac dans les jours à venir.
