Enquêtes Policières : La « Charge Provisoire » Pourrait Disparaître de la Législation
Loger une charge provisoire contre un suspect et s’assurer ainsi que celui-ci fasse de la prison, parfois en attendant son procès, pourrait disparaître des pratiques de la police mauricienne. Le gouvernement envisage, en effet, la possibilité de rayer la charge provisoire (« provisional charge ») de notre législation.
