Abdullah Hossen : “Les drains ont été mal entretenus par la mairie”
La mairie de Port-Louis a été verbalisée le 24 janvier 2013 par le ministère de l’Environnement pour mauvais entretien des drains pouvant causer des accumulations d’eau et des problèmes de santé. Ce coup de semonce est survenu deux mois avant les inondations meurtrières du 30 mars dernier. C’est ce qu’a déclaré, samedi, le directeur de communication du Parti travailliste (PTr), Abdullah Hossen, au cours d’une conférence de presse à Port-Louis.

Les limiers de la Eastern Divison de l’Anti Drug and Smuggling Unit (Adsu) ont déraciné 411 plantes de gandia vendredi. Les plantes ont été récupérées à Verdun, Bras-d’Eau et Bois-d’Oiseau et leur valeur est estimée à Rs 822 000.

Selon ces lettres, les fonds sont ‘dormant’ et l’expéditeur demande aux destinataires leurs détails personnels pour partager la somme.
