Les fleurs incontournables d’une ville…
Quatre-Bornes ne serait pas la ville des fleurs sans ses fleuristes du côté du marché. On y retrouve Chandraduth Seenauth, alias Colin, qui compte plus de 25 ans d'expérience dans le domaine. Il cultive ses fleurs chez lui à Moka et il les vend dans un emplacement à Quatre-Bornes où il s'est fait une fidèle clientèle.

Sadeck Sunnooman est marchand de légumes et de fruits. C'est aussi un bon négociateur et un lève-tôt qui a une forte résistance physique. Au quotidien, il soulève des masses plus ou moins lourdes constituées de caissons et de sacs de marchandises. Aux petites heures du matin, il est toujours fidèle au poste au marché de Quatre-Bornes. Il est debout toute la journée et d'ailleurs, c'est un des atouts de ce métier mais il ne cache pas que les contraintes demeurent le mauvais temps, la sécheresse et les jours cycloniques, entre autres.
