The Indian Ocean Commission (IOC) is currently working on the establishment of an extensive network of regional maritime transport. This system of maritime cabotage connect the various islands of the Indian Ocean. A feasibility study will begin in the coming months.

La CWA obtient des dommages de Rs 1 M
La Central Water Authority (CWA) a eu gain de cause en cour industrielle dans l’affaire qui l’opposait à la Compagnie du Mapou Limited. Celle-ci a été sommée de verser la somme de Rs 1 040 676,95 que lui réclamait l’organisme chargé de la distribution d’eau dans le pays. Le verdict a été rendu par le juge Paul Lam Shang Leen.
