Dans son discours à la nation dans le cadre des 45 ans de l’Indépendance, le Premier ministre s’est longuement penché sur cette question qui domine depuis quelques semaines l’actualité politique du pays. Navin Ramgoolam a ainsi annoncé la présentation d’un projet de loi qui suivra la publication du livre blanc précédemment annoncé sur la réforme électorale.
