Turquie: 23 villageois kurdes tués dans un raid aérien

537 800 Mauriciens actifs professionnellement au troisième trimestre 2011
Le nombre de Mauriciens possédant un emploi est estimé à 537 800 pour le troisième trimestre 2011 selon les chiffres du Bureau Central des Statistiques. Au deuxième semestre de la même année, le nombre d’emplois se chiffrait à 531,400 ce qui signifie que la création de 6 400 emplois. Quant au taux de chômage, il est estimé à 7.9% pour le troisième trimestre 2011 comparativement à 8.0% pour le deuxième trimestre de la même année. 42% des 45,900 Mauriciens au chômage sont de sexe masculin ce qui représente 19,500 personnes et les 58% concernent 26,400 Mauriciennes.
