La bataille juridique autour de la licence d’opération de Rainbow Insurance est loin d’être finie. La Cour suprême a donné l’autorisation à la compagnie d’assurance de faire appel au Privy Council contre le « judicial review » qui avait donné raison à la FSC de retirer sa licence d’assureur.
