Les femmes dans les postes les plus élevés ont plus que doublé en nombre pendant la période de 2000 à 2010 ; la proportion passant de 23% à 39% au cours des dix dernières années. C´est ce que révèle le dernier indicateur économique et social (ESI) sur les statistiques publié par le Bureau central des statistiques. Shiamak is well known for changing the choreography of Hindi cinema and is the first Indian to bring contemporary jazz and western forms of dances to thousands in India through his school SDIPA, which is the first of its kind.
