Les signes annonciateurs d’une pénurie d’eau potable - une fois n’est pas coutume - recommencent à se manifester dangereusement (voir notre article d’aujourd’hui). Le niveau d’eau des réservoirs baisse plus vite que d’habitude. Le Mare-aux-Vacoas est à 77%, La Nicolière est remplie à seulement 58% alors que le Midlands Dam est à 70% - des niveaux bien inférieurs que d’habitude. Il suffit que les pluies de décembre subissent quelques semaines de retard pour que la pagaille s’installe de nouveau.
