Théâtre de Port-Louis : restaurer une partition historique
Aux notes d’un ancien piano et en interprétant une ‘chanson à boire’ et un air de la Traviata, Martin Wettges, le chef d’orchestre d’Opera Mauritius, a transporté tous ceux réunis aux ruines du Théâtre de Port-Louis dans un voyage musical, vendredi. Un brin de nostalgie qui n’a pas laissé insensibles ceux qui ont jadis côtoyé cet endroit. Mais aussi une lueur d’espoir d’y revenir à sa réouverture.

Braquage à SOS Guard Ltd : la prison pour trois coupables
Ils avaient plaidé coupable, présenté des excuses et demandé la clémence de la cour mais le verdict est tombé vendredi matin. La magistrate Kesnaytee Bissoonauth a condamné les trois accusés du braquage de la SOS Guard Ltd à la rue Rémy-Ollier à Port-Louis. Une quinzaine d’armes à feu et 250 balles avaient été emportées.
