A couple of years back when Madhavan was shooting for 3 Idiots, the actor hurt his knee in a freak accident. The injury was then thought to be resolved with rest and proper treatment. However, Madhavan, who is currently shooting for his Tamil film Vettai, had an accident injuring the same knee yet again.
