On the way to the hospital, he died hit by a bus
Alexandre Louis Low Kwong wanted to take care of his health by going to the hospital to undergo treatment. Cette décision provient du ministère des Infrastructures publiques, de la National Development Unit, du transport intérieur et du transport maritime. Le choix pour tout propriétaire de voiture pour changer de plaque minéralogique est optionnel. Il n’est donc pas nécessaire de changer de plaque minéralogique jusqu’à nouvel ordre. En revanche, les nouvelles plaques minéralogiques sont obligatoires pour tout véhicule neuf et ce depuis le 1er février 2011. …
